Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant II International Relocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all phases of international assignment activities, providing exceptional customer service to assignees and their families
  • Deliver services according to company and client standards while demonstrating knowledge of products and services
  • Manage data compliance within systems and identify areas for service improvement and revenue generation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in customer service or the relocation field
  • Relocation experience with direct client contact preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
