International Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking an International Shipping Coordinator for a remote contract position, the candidate will manage the Freight Exception Queue, efficiently utilize SAP for tracking orders, and cross-reference carrier documentation to ensure accurate shipping processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Freight Exception Queue by identifying assigned plants for non-auto-coding freight bills and applying the correct General Ledger accounts to invoices
• Efficiently look up Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Sales Orders (SO) in SAP while cross-referencing the Handling Unit 2 Field
• Cross-reference carrier websites and documents, utilizing familiarity with Bills of Lading and related references

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of import/export experience
• Expertise in SAP
