International Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing local import/export operations, the fully remote International Shipping Coordinator will assist in the execution of trade and customs activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and handling relevant documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage freight exception queue and identify correct General Ledger accounts for invoices
• Utilize SAP to access and cross-reference relevant shipment documentation
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure accurate coding of shipments and compliance with transportation regulations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export shipments and transportation compliance
• Hands-on experience with SAP and freight/carrier document management
• Strong proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
