International Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented International Shipping Coordinator for a fully remote, 12-month contract position, responsible for managing import/export operations, investigating freight exceptions, and reconciling carrier documentation while utilizing SAP.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage freight exception queues and ensure accurate coding of freight invoices
• Assist with local import/export operations and compliance activities
• Cross-reference carrier documents and utilize SAP for tracking shipments and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in import/export shipments and transportation compliance
• Hands-on experience with SAP and freight document management
• Experience in logistics coordination and supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency in English, both oral and written
