International Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

Supporting global supply chain operations, the full-time Sr. Associate of Logistics / Supply Chain - International, located in Germany or Switzerland, will manage international logistics execution, trade compliance, and vendor coordination for cross-border patient material movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international shipments, ensuring compliance with chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody requirements
• Support international trade compliance processes and assist with documentation for import/export activities
• Manage operational interactions with logistics providers and track vendor performance for timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Experience managing international shipments and related documentation
• Conversational proficiency in English and at least one additional EU language (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Spanish)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
