International Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Tax Manager for their Corporate Tax Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international tax reporting and disclosures for US federal tax return
• Provide analysis and support for transfer pricing requirements
• Assist with tax treaty applications, tax audits, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of corporate international tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MS in Taxation or LLM preferred
• Experience with ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes
• Proficiency with OneSource and Microsoft Excel
