International Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Director of International Trade Compliance, the full-time remote International Trade Compliance Manager will manage and implement the export/import compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. regulations and providing guidance on trade compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. export/import laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR
• Draft and investigate non-compliance matters, preparing voluntary disclosures as needed
• Conduct export compliance audits and prepare training materials for relevant employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with ITAR and authorization management
• Familiarity with OCR's EASE global trade management software
• Ability to draft and update internal trade compliance policies and procedures
