A company is looking for a Correspondent Banking Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations to meet business objectives, focusing on productivity, quality, and compliance
• Serve as a liaison with various departments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee departmental projects, implement new processes, and maintain customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of banking operations experience in International Trade Finance
• Minimum 3 years of banking and operations management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects and/or teams
• CDCS Certification and extensive knowledge of regulatory trade finance compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Letters of Credit and related international banking standards
