Job Summary

International Training Coordinator supports the daily operations of training programs in a full-time role, delivering customer service, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with various requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer and learner support for domestic and international inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Manage training operations, including instructor and affiliate management, class schedules, and product orders
  • Offer administrative support to management and maintain digital resources for international affiliates and instructors
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a relevant setting
  • Experience with data entry and record management in business systems or CRM platforms
  • Prior experience coordinating schedules or training programs is preferred but not required
