Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Transportation Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track EDI failures at the order level for timely resolution with freight forwarders
• Assist in shipment creation and planning, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in international transportation processes
• Manage aging freight and handle document discrepancies to maintain data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with international freight forwarders and transportation operations
• Comfortable working within ERP systems, particularly SAP (S/4 HANA)
• Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
