International Travel Advisor

Job Summary

Providing exceptional travel services for VIP and executive business travelers, the full-time International Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including air, ground transportation, and accommodations, while working remotely to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate effectively with clients to determine travel needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Monitor and manage travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel counselor booking corporate/business travel
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of clients
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
