International Travel Advisor

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive travel services for VIP and Executive business travelers, the full-time remote International Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including air, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and mentoring less experienced travel counselors.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotels, while interpreting client needs and preferences
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of complex international travel requirements and manage upgrades and loyalty programs
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure all travel arrangements meet expectations and resolve any service issues effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel counselor booking corporate or business travel
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS and other relevant booking tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors
• Knowledge of geography and international travel documentation requirements
