International Travel Advisor
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive travel services for business clients, the full-time International Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international transportation, accommodations, and other travel needs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to travel policies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to determine travel requirements and preferences, including transportation and accommodations
- Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
- Utilize the Global Distribution System (GDS) to compute costs and manage reservations, ensuring quality control and timely responses to customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in booking corporate/business travel
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
