Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internet Help Desk Travel Advisor to join their Travel Contact Center Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and emails related to website inquiries
- Assist members with travel tool usage and resolve website-related issues
- Complete air, car, and hotel reservations using appropriate software and assist with online transactions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of Travel Advisor experience
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Competent PC usage with experience in Microsoft Office and email systems
- Knowledge of an automated airline reservation system preferred
