Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internet Help Desk Travel Advisor to join their Travel Contact Center Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and emails related to website inquiries
  • Assist members with travel tool usage and resolve website-related issues
  • Complete air, car, and hotel reservations using appropriate software and assist with online transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of Travel Advisor experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Competent PC usage with experience in Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Knowledge of an automated airline reservation system preferred
