Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internet Researcher - Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough internet research on candidates, industries, and market trends
Collect, organize, and maintain candidate data from online sources
Monitor and analyze online job trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences is a plus
Proven experience as an Internet Researcher or in a similar research-focused role
Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc.
Preferably at least 6 months of experience in a related field or RPO company
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is advantageous
