Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internet Sales Specialist to manage the entire customer journey from digital inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to all internet, phone, and digital inquiries
• Build rapport and establish trust through phone, text, and email communication
• Conduct needs assessments and present vehicle options, pricing, and payment structures remotely

Required Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or high-performing BDC experience required
• Proven ability to close deals, not just set appointments
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Experience working in CRM systems (VinSolutions, Eleads, Reynolds, etc.)
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
