Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Interoperability Implementation Manager will ensure successful EMR integrations with provider practices, focusing on data exchange services and user-facing applications, while managing project timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings to drive EMR integration implementations from planning through go-live
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider EMR integration success, coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring comprehensive testing and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing complex healthcare software with provider practices
- 3+ years of experience with integration technology, including Smart-on-FHIR and HL7/FHIR services
- Clear understanding of provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality of care
- Proficient with technical integration products and concepts, including APIs and EMR configuration
