Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interoperability Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer EMR integration implementations from planning through go-live and beyond
• Serve as primary point of contact for provider EMR integration success
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years implementing complex healthcare software with provider practices
• 2+ years implementing integration technology (e.g. Smart-on-FHIR apps, HL7/FHIR services)
• Clear understanding of provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality of care
• Proficient with technical integration products and concepts (APIs, data feeds, EMR config)
