Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interoperability/Measurable L1 Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line customer contact for technical support via phone, email, and ticketing portal
- Perform triage and troubleshooting for application, server, and connectivity issues
- Monitor client environments in real time and manage access issues in compliance with security requirements
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and command-line tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices
- Basic understanding of servers and hosted applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour escalations
