Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives in power plant operations, the full-time remote Interoperable Plant Optimization Executive will represent the voice of the owner/operator, shape integrated solutions, and influence enterprise strategy through operational expertise and customer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the voice of power plant owners/operators to ensure alignment with operational workflows and customer priorities
• Identify integration opportunities for controls, software, AI, and services to enhance plant performance and reliability
• Develop operational value frameworks and business cases that quantify customer outcomes and guide investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 10 years of leadership experience in power generation operations
• Proven ability to connect plant operations with integrated customer solutions
• Experience in leading through influence across matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated success in translating operational expertise into measurable customer value
• Recognized credibility with utilities and industry partners
