- Triage and document customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with regulations
- Identify and address operational issues related to claims adjudication and provide coaching to other departments
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with healthcare claims processing and compliance regulations
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms
- Knowledge of Blue Cross Blue Shield practices and policies
