  • Triage and document customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with regulations
  • Identify and address operational issues related to claims adjudication and provide coaching to other departments
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with healthcare claims processing and compliance regulations
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms
  • Knowledge of Blue Cross Blue Shield practices and policies
