Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle partner plan inquiries and improve satisfaction with the Blue Card Program
- Triage customer inquiries and document resolutions for prompt issue resolution
- Identify and eliminate operational issues in claims processing and provide coaching to internal departments
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a related field
