Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interplan Service Specialist to resolve provider and member claims issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle partner plan inquiries and improve satisfaction with the Blue Card Program
  • Triage customer inquiries and document resolutions for prompt issue resolution
  • Identify and eliminate operational issues in claims processing and provide coaching to internal departments


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
