Job Summary

Providing inside sales support for copier and print solutions, the full-time remote Interterritorial Service Coordinator will manage service calls for national accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and log service requests accurately.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with dealers to coordinate service calls and respond to service requests
  • Log client issues and provide timely updates on service status and resolution times
  • Monitor the Managed Print Services inbox and manage new service call processes
Required qualifications:
  • An associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to analyze service data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across various stakeholders
