Job Summary
Supporting student intervention processes in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Intervention Support Clerk will manage intervention tracking, engagement monitoring, compliance documentation, and operational workflows related to HB1416 and Revocation of Transfer (ROT) initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Track and monitor students assigned to HB1416 intervention requirements and maintain accurate records of participation and completion
- Support RTI intervention processes and monitor student engagement indicators, providing documentation and communication to instructional teams
- Assist with ROT tracking and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy in operational workflows
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in education, student services, or administrative support
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) in a professional or academic setting
- Experience with student information systems such as Ascender, Salesforce, or IXL preferred
- Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with required download and upload speeds
