Job Summary

To support the Interventional Radiology department, the full-time remote Interventional Radiology Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling appointments, routing telephone calls, and receiving patients while performing various administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for the Interventional Radiology department
• Route telephone calls and provide information to patients and healthcare providers
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the operational efficiency of the department

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred
• Additional languages are a plus
