Job Summary

To support a fast-growing technology organization, the full-time Interview Operations Program Manager will design, scale, and optimize a high-quality interview ecosystem, managing end-to-end interview program operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize end-to-end interview program workflows to support organizational growth
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve interview content, modules, and structured evaluation frameworks
  • Design and manage interviewer onboarding, training, and development programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or recruiting operations
  • Experience designing and scaling structured processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data analytics skills with experience tracking KPIs and building reports/dashboards
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruiting, hiring, or structured interview processes
