Interview Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To optimize the interview ecosystem, the freelance Interview Operations Program Manager will develop scalable systems, drive interviewer excellence, and leverage data insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruiting Operations PMO to manage capacity and develop scalable processes for the interview program
• Oversee the development and lifecycle of interview content, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms
• Design and implement onboarding and training programs for interviewers, establishing performance management processes

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, program management, or recruitment operations roles
• Proficiency in data analytics and experience with metrics development and KPI tracking
• Experience in employee development, training program design, or talent management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Familiarity with recruiting, hiring, or interview processes and effective evaluation techniques
