Interview Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the interview ecosystem, the contract Interview Operations Program Manager will develop scalable systems, drive interviewer excellence, and leverage data insights while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruiting Operations PMO to manage capacity and develop scalable processes across the interview program
• Execute operational initiatives to improve program efficiency and resolve bottlenecks
• Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs for interviewers while overseeing interview content and modules

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or recruitment operations roles with demonstrated impact
• Proficiency in data analytics, metrics development, and KPI tracking, including experience with recruiting platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools for building dashboards and extracting insights from data
• Familiarity with structured interviewing techniques and hiring bias mitigation practices
• Background in fast-growing technology companies or high-growth startups is preferred
