A company is looking for an Interview Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume conversations
• Lead practice sessions with students, set expectations for real-world interviews, and provide individual action plans for improvement
• Conduct video interviews, evaluate responses, and maintain professionalism throughout conversations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Two years of experience in management, recruiting/human resources, or education
• Experience mentoring or assisting in professional development
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience preferred
