Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume conversations
Lead practice sessions with multiple students daily, maintaining control of the conversation and providing constructive feedback
Set expectations for real-world interviews and identify action plans for improving interviewing abilities

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in education and experience
Two years of experience in management, recruiting/human resources, or education
Experience mentoring or assisting in professional development
Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
