Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intune SCCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM and Intune technical requests
Proactively review customer concerns and recommend improvements for endpoint management
Assist in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

Experience with SCCM and Intune environments
Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
Ability to document support requests and resolutions effectively
Experience in providing technical guidance to customers and teams
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as CMTrace and Event Viewer
