Inventory Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Inventory & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of inventory accounting workflows within NetSuite
• Manage the month-end close process for inventory, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Develop and document internal controls over financial reporting and support auditor requests

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, including 3 years in inventory accounting within life sciences or biotech
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries and financial statement preparation
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and strong organizational skills
