Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Acquisition Coordinator to support dealer inventory acquisition processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the stock vehicle process from acquisition to delivery, ensuring a positive client experience
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and dealers regarding vehicle requests, specifications, and pricing
• Provide recommendations related to inventory acquisition and facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV or surrounding NV counties
• 4+ years of client, sales, or vendor support experience in a professional environment
• 4+ years of experience in conducting difficult conversations, analyzing data, and negotiating resolutions
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
