Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Analyst to support inventory and shipping operations for Vietnam-based products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process ISLT documents for Vietnam shipping compliance
• Monitor and reconcile inventory data to ensure accuracy across systems
• Manage Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely processing and resolution of vendor inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English (required)
• Prior experience working with ISLT documentation for Vietnam shipping
• Strong accounting background, particularly in Accounts Payable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sum ifs)
• Prior experience working with manufacturing in Vietnam
