Inventory and Pricing Manager

Job Summary

To support the Channel Revenue & Optimization team, the full-time FLEX Manager, Inventory & Pricing Execution will manage hotel configurations, room type inventory, and rate offers for a dedicated portfolio of hotels, ensuring alignment with Marriott's revenue management systems both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update hotel configurations, rate offers, and inventory in Marriott's revenue management systems
• Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with hotel partners and technical teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow and support for connectivity solutions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in business, revenue management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience with Marriott's transient pricing and inventory strategies
• 1+ years of experience with content and asset management platforms
• Strong understanding of Marriott's Loyalty redemption strategy and related configurations
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
