Job Summary
Supporting production and inventory management, the full-time temporary Inventory and Supply Chain Manager will manage inventory transactions in QuickBooks, oversee co-packer production builds, and coordinate with Operations and Finance teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain inventory and production transactions in QuickBooks for accuracy and timeliness
- Manage co-packer production builds and bill of materials activity across multiple warehouse locations
- Investigate variances, overages, shortages, and damaged inventory issues while coordinating with relevant teams
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in inventory operations, supply chain, or related fields
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise or similar inventory management systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment
