Inventory Control Analyst

Job Summary

Driving inventory accuracy and efficiency, the full-time Inventory Control Analyst will maintain transactional and inventory data integrity, develop control procedures, and conduct data analysis while working in a hybrid environment in Gurnee, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory control workflows, processes, and reports to maximize accuracy of inventory records
• Perform site-level inventory reviews to reconcile discrepancies by analyzing data from various sources
• Support physical inventory audits and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, or accounting/finance
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Background in inventory management within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SYSPRO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word required
