Job Summary
Managing inventory movements, the full-time Inventory Control Clerk will oversee stocking and organizing spare parts for the Maintenance team while ensuring accurate record-keeping and participating in inventory cycle counting in Bay Point, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of inventory movements of consumables and spare parts for the Maintenance team
- Set up and organize spare parts areas while maintaining accurate records of inventory quantity, type, and value
- Utilize CMMS (SAP) for parts inventory management, tracking, and invoicing
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or maintenance environment
- Experience with inventory management and parts procurement for a maintenance organization is desired
- Proficient in using a forklift and pallet jack
- Computer literate in MS Office Suite, primarily MS Excel
