Job Summary
To manage a territory that includes San Antonio, TX, the full-time Inventory Control Specialist will provide outstanding customer service through timely delivery, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions while working independently.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle, ensuring safe return home at the end of each day
- Manage sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory according to established customer guidelines
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring adherence to safety rules and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of inventory management experience in a delivery, retail, or warehouse-related role
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management and scheduling tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
