Inventory Control Specialist
Job Summary
To manage a territory that includes Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas, the full-time Inventory Control Specialist will provide outstanding customer service through timely delivery, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions while working independently.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned delivery work, ensuring safe return home after each shift
- Manage sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory according to established customer guidelines
- Build and maintain customer relationships to inspire loyalty and adhere to safety rules while meeting Service Level Agreement requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of inventory management experience in a delivery, retail, or warehouse-related role
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management and scheduling tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
