Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize resort inventory across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate inventory across PMS, internal systems, and distribution channels
  • Reconcile discrepancies in rental, owner, and exchange inventory
  • Support cross-functional teams with timely inventory updates and communication
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, inventory management, or related fields
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience with PMS, channel managers, or booking platforms preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional accuracy in managing data and systems
