Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize resort inventory across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate inventory across PMS, internal systems, and distribution channels
- Reconcile discrepancies in rental, owner, and exchange inventory
- Support cross-functional teams with timely inventory updates and communication
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, inventory management, or related fields
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with PMS, channel managers, or booking platforms preferred
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional accuracy in managing data and systems
