Job Summary

A company is looking for a Timeshare/Hospitality Inventory Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update inventory availability, restrictions, and attributes across internal systems and third-party channels
  • Collaborate with the Inventory team and cross-functional partners to ensure optimal inventory availability and utilization
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies related to availability, unit types, and usage rules


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory coordination, operations, revenue support, or hospitality systems
  • Experience in hospitality, timeshare, vacation rentals, or travel operations is strongly preferred
  • Highly skilled in working with spreadsheets, data validation, and operational reporting
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in growing into inventory or revenue-focused roles
