Inventory Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry - Supply Chain Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inventory transfers between storage locations using Smartsheet or similar systems
• Prepare and distribute inventory aging and daily processing reports
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and support warehouse and supply chain teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of professional data entry or inventory reporting experience
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data formatting
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or food manufacturing preferred
