Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inventory Management Specialist to join their Risk Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile dealer floorplan audits and assess unverified and sold units from inventory audits
- Identify risk trends and communicate potential problematic account situations to management
- Enhance customer interactions and support proactive risk mitigation strategies through reporting tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk assessment and dealer audits
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Experience with document preparation and review, as well as CRM tools
- Ability to analyze customer problems and identify underlying issues
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
