Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing risk management team, the full-time remote Inventory Management Specialist will reconcile dealer floorplan audits, analyze risk trends, and communicate potential problematic account situations while engaging with customers and third parties.

Key responsibilities:

• Reconcile dealer floorplan audits and determine the disposition of unverified and sold units identified from inventory audits
• Identify and interpret risk trends, communicating potential problematic account situations to audit team management and relevant teams
• Utilize AFC dealer reporting tools to identify and report risk issue indicators, facilitating proactive risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk assessment and dealer audits
• Strong organizational and clerical skills
• Experience in the preparation or review of documents and reports, as well as CRM tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
