Inventory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning to optimize inventory across all channels
• Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and implement inventory reduction initiatives
• Lead and coach the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7+ years of inventory management/merchandising experience in a multi-channel environment
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with multiple direct reports
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proficient with inventory management software, MS Office, and reporting platforms like Power BI
