Inventory Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a specific group of practices, the full-time remote Inventory and Pricing Operations Specialist will manage inventory, implement ordering and pricing policies, and perform quarterly inventory counts while communicating directly with practices regarding inventory management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a custom inventory application to assist practices with inventory orders
• Monitor and set inventory pricing, ensuring accuracy of inventory quantities on hand
• Train new practice employees on the inventory management application

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience working in a veterinary practice
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
