Inventory Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support inventory management and analytics, the remote Inventory Planning Manager will manage future forecasts, current inventory levels, and order placements while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage future forecasting using historical trends, pricing, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with Category Management, Strategy Planning, and Operations to enhance inventory processes
• Oversee Purchase Order management and key metrics with vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and fill rates

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory planning or management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Ability to organize and analyze large data sets, identifying patterns and discrepancies
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
