Inventory Planning Manager

Job Summary

Managing and developing an inventory and supply planning team, the full-time Inventory Planning Manager will execute production and purchase plans to meet inventory investment and customer service objectives while working primarily onsite in St. Louis, MO, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on continuous improvement and talent development
• Analyze data to create master production plans and optimize inventory based on real-time trends
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to ensure alignment between supply and demand

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in production and inventory management or supply chain management
• APICS certification is a plus
• Familiarity with MRP systems, such as SAP
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
