Inventory Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Planner to support operational execution across its growing portfolio of CPG brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of finished goods and raw materials, including order placement and system updates
• Analyze inventory levels and historical data to inform demand forecasting for promotions and new product launches
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and resolve vendor-related issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, procurement, or a related role
• Experience in CPG, retail, or health & beauty industries preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
